| Method | Ingredient | ||
| 1. Combine biscuit crumb and butter and press into base of a 22cm spring from pan and chill 2. Preheat oven to 180c 3. Using an electic mixer, combine Perfect Italiano Cream Cheese, eggs, sugar, honey & cinnamon. 4. Pour over chilled biscuit base and bake for 35 minutes or until set. 5. Allow to cool in the oven, then chill for 4 hours before serving. 6. Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon, then top with seasonal berries to serve. Serves: 6 Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes |

What type of sugar, white, brown or caster? BTW Masterchef website shows amount for cinnamon missing, and shows sugar as caster sugar.
