1. Whisk egg and cream in a bowl and put aside. 2. Fry bacon in a little oil until crispy then add garlic and fry for a few minutes. 3. Take off the heat then add the pasta mix well. 4. While still hot add cream mix and parmesan stirring well then season. Serves: 4 Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes |
