Pizza Margarita
Method Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 250C.

2. Roll out the dough thinly and spread with a little tomato paste.

3. Mix the garlic with the oil.

4. Lay a few slices of tomato on the base and drizzle with a little oil.

5. Add the Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus, sprinkle with basil leaves and season to taste.

6. Cook in oven for about 8-10 minutes until base is cooked and crisp.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

500g pizza dough (or 2 ready made bases)

Tomato paste

2  cloves garlic, sliced

Splash of olive oil

2 ripe tomatoes, sliced

1 cup of Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus

6 Fresh basil leaves

Seasoning to taste
