Method Ingredients
1. Toast or char grill bread then rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.

2.Slice tomatoes and place on top of the Bruschetta then arrange the basil and ricotta.

3.Season with Salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

4 slices of crusty Bread loaf

1 clove garlic

2 vine-ripened tomatoes

Basil Leaves, torn

Olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste
