Toasted Belgian Waffles with Warm Spiced Blueberries & Ricotta
Perfect with Perfect Italiano Original Ricotta.
Method Ingredient

    1. Melt butter and sugar in a small non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add blueberries and cinnamon and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes until the blueberries have warmed through and sauce is syrupy.

    2. Toast waffles, divide between serving plates and top with ricotta and blueberries. Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon to serve.

    Preparation Time: 5 minutes

    Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes

20g Western Star Butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

300g fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 tsp cinnamon

8 Belgian style waffles

500g Perfect Italiano Ricotta

Icing sugar and cinnamon, for dusting
