1. Melt butter and sugar in a small non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add blueberries and cinnamon and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes until the blueberries have warmed through and sauce is syrupy. 2. Toast waffles, divide between serving plates and top with ricotta and blueberries. Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon to serve.
