- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Once cooked, drain, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
- Meanwhile, add olive oil to a large pan and place over medium to high heat. Once hot add the bacon and leeks and fry until cooked and golden. Turn heat to low and add pasta and reserved pasta water to the pan.
- Add Perfect Italiano Ricotta Pasta Stir Through Four Cheese to the pot and gently stir through.
- Once warmed, season to taste and garnish with Perfect Italiano Shaved Parmesan and basil.
