¼ cup chillies in adobo sauce

210g can diced tomatoes

2 large finely chopped tomatoes

1 small white onion, very finely chopped

½ tsp ground cumin

2 tbsp lime juice

1 green chilli, seeded, finely chopped

2 tbsp chopped coriander
