Lactose Free Cheesy Hawaiian Pizza Scrolls

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread pizza sauce over the puff pastry, leaving a 1cm border.
- Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the top. Scatter over ham, capsicum, pineapple, and Italian herbs.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 2cm thick pieces. Place the slices onto the prepared tray leaving space between rolls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Stand for a few minutes to firm up and serve warm as a perfect party snack.
More Tips
- Make double quantity for a party, or cut slightly thinner to make a few extra.
- Freeze cooked rolls up to 1 month. Place frozen rolls into lunch boxes to be ready to eat in a few hours.
