- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Once cooked, drain, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
- Meanwhile, add pine nuts into a large deep sided pan over medium to high heat and continue to toss until toasted. Turn heat to low and add pasta, reserved pasta water and olives to the pan.
- Add Perfect Italiano Ricotta Pasta Stir Through Sundried Tomato to the pot and gently stir through.
- Once warmed, season to taste and garnish with extra Parmesan.
