Ingredients




Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan forced) and lightly grease a 30cm pizza tray.
  2. Please configure the Recipe Tip in the dialog.

  3. Roll out pizza dough or place store bought pizza base onto prepared tray and spread BBQ sauce evenly over leaving a 1cm edge.
  4. Please configure the Recipe Tip in the dialog.

  5. Layer with roasted sweet potato slices, shredded chicken and red onion.
  6. Please configure the Recipe Tip in the dialog.

  7. Sprinkle Perfect Italiano Lactose Free Pizza Cheese over the top, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and crust is golden (see notes)

  9. Garnish with fresh rocket, if desired, and serve immediately.

More Tips

  • If using store bought pizza bases, choose bases that are 30cm in diameter and adjust the cook time to 8-10 minutes.
  • To make the roasted sweet potato slices, peel and thinly slice 250g of sweet potato. Place onto a line baking tray and drizzle over 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt. Cook in a 220C preheat oven for 12- 15 minutes.
  • To save time, preheat oven and roast sweet potato slices while preparing the remaining ingredients for the pizza.
  • Use leftover roast chicken and vegetables from your Sunday roast. A store-bought BBQ chicken works well too.
