Belgian Waffles with Warm Spiced Blueberries
- Melt butter and sugar in a small non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add blueberries and cinnamon and cook stirring for 1-2 minutes until the blueberries have warmed through and sauce is syrupy.
- Toast waffles, divide between serving plates and top with ricotta and blueberries. Dust with icing sugar and cinnamon to serve.
