- Coat the chicken in the flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat ¼ of the butter per chicken breast in a frying pan and brown the chicken on both sides until golden.
- Place chicken on serving plates and top with equal parts of the tomato passata and Perfect Italiano™ 4 Cheese Melt.
- Place under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Add finely grated Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan and chopped fresh herbs to the breadcrumbs for delicious flavour.
