Broccoli and Cherry Tomato Pasta
Creating a quick meal for two has never been this easy with this vegetarian delight.
- Cook spiral pasta according to packet instructions. Before draining water, add broccoli for the last few minutes then drain.
- Heat oil in pan and cook garlic with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Toss cooked broccoli in pan, add pasta and stir.
- Serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
- Parmesan crisps (link to Parmesan Crisps) are delicious crumbled over this pasta for added crunch.
