Cheesy Garlic Potato Mash
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then strain and mash until smooth.
- Return the potatoes to the pot over a very low heat. Stir in the butter, garlic and cream. Gradually add Perfect Bakes cheese a handful at a time, stirring in with a wooden spoon.
- Once all the cheese has been evenly stirred through, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
