- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until softened.
- Add passata and 1 cup water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tortellini and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper and stir through chopped basil.
- Top with Mozzarella and brown under a preheated grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted. Serve immediately with green salad.
